For a pleasant warming sensation, place it in hot water (max. 80°C) for 4-5 minutes or in the microwave at 300 watts for 30 seconds. For some cooling, simply store it in the refrigerator for a while. The Fempad warms or cools you for up to 1 hour and can be used again and again.

Rinse your femtis Period Panty by hand with cold water after wearing it. Make sure all the blood has been completely rinsed out. You can tell when the water runs clear. This is especially important because it prevents permanent stains.
You can then wash it in the washing machine either directly or after briefly air-drying it, at up to 60 degrees. Washing at 60 degrees shortens the lifespan of your panty, which is why we recommend washing it at 40 degrees. To protect the panty, ideally use a laundry bag.
Then leave it to air-dry, and your panty will be ready to use again.
Please do not use fabric softener, put it in the dryer, or iron the panty, as this could damage the absorbency of the Period Panties. If needed, you can use a hygiene rinse.
