Period underwear from femtis replaces disposable period products or can be worn alongside tampons, pads, or menstrual cups. femtis period briefs are reusable and washable, just like your favorite underwear.

Examples of use

Here are some examples of how you can use femtis period underwear:

With Tampons or Pads

femtis period underwear can be used with tampons, menstrual cups, menstrual sponges, or pads. If anything leaks, you are well protected by femtis underwear.

Without Tampons or Pads

femtis period underwear can also be used without any additional hygiene products. Depending on the model, femtis period underwear can absorb the equivalent of 2 to 3 tampons. You can choose the appropriate models based on the heaviness of your flow, so you are always protected.

At Night

To prevent leaks and stains on your bedding, femtis period underwear provides optimal protection.

During Sports

During sports, femtis period underwear prevents stains and wicks away moisture. This means you do not need pads or panty liners, which can often feel uncomfortable during sports.

Outside Your Period

femtis period underwear can also be worn on days when you are not on your period to absorb sweat or discharge.

Care

After wearing your femtis Period Panty, briefly rinse it by hand with cold water. This is especially important to prevent permanent stains.

You can then either wash it immediately or let it air-dry briefly before washing it in the machine at up to 60 degrees. Washing at 60 degrees shortens the lifespan of your Panty, so we recommend washing it at 40 degrees. To protect the Panty, ideally use a laundry bag.

For some Panties, we recommend washing at 40 degrees, so please always check the care instructions on your Panty's product page.

Then let it air-dry, and your Panty is ready to use again.

Please do not use fabric softener, put it in the dryer, or iron the Panty, as this could damage the absorbency of the Period Panties. If needed, you can use a laundry sanitizer.
