Would you like to return your panties? No problem.
You can return unused panties within 30 days. It is possible to try them on over other underwear. Simply register your return in your customer account and send the panties back to femtis.

1. Check return conditions
Please make sure that the panties you are returning are unworn, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Panties that have been worn or are not in perfect condition cannot be exchanged or refunded.
2. Register return in customer account
Log in to your account to register your return. You can access your account using a one-time password that we will send you by email.
Select your order, go to "Request return" and select all the products you would like to return.
After we have checked your request, you will be notified by email and can make the return.
3. Return
Your return is free of charge. Simply stick the enclosed returns slip on your parcel and hand it in at the post office.
4. Refund
At femtis you get your money back quickly! We refund returns within 3 working days of receiving the parcel.
