Our styles can be worn on their own or combined with pads, tampons, or menstrual cups – depending on flow level, comfort, and situation.
How many tampons period underwear can replace
The number of tampons a femtis period panty for teenagers can replace varies by model and ranges from one up to six tampons. Lighter styles replace about 2 to 3 tampons, while styles for heavy flow can absorb up to 6 tampons.
